The SAIT alumni community welcomed its 250,000th member in 2020, making it one of the largest alumni communities in Canada. To celebrate, $250,000 in funding from our alumni TD Insurance Meloche Monnex affinity partnership was allocated to create the Alumni for Alumni Bursary - Celebrating a Quarter Million to provide training to alumni through SAIT's Centre for Continuing Education and Professional Studies. Inspired by alumni helping alumni, the Government of Alberta matched the contribution, making a total of $500,000 available.

Funding was distributed on a first-come-first-served basis and secured at the point of registration, and as of 6:30 pm on January 15, 2021, all funding from the bursary has been allocated and is no longer available.
